General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Web Store Provisions

Please note as a consumer / buyer a  By purchasing www.kodeinclothing.hu (hereinafter: webshop), you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. If you would like to use our online store for a long time, please read our Terms and Conditions carefully to avoid any possible misunderstandings.

The prices displayed on our webshop do not qualify as an offer. The operator of our web store reserves the right to change the price of the products depending on the stock of the products or to refuse your order if it cannot be fulfilled.  

 

From now on, the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply only to you as the customer of the site (hereinafter "You") and the operator of the site!

Our webshop reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC), therefore it is recommended to check this before each purchase. The changes are effective immediately upon publication on the Internet and may not be linked to the preceding terms. All orders placed must be validated with the latest GTC. By placing your order and validating it later, you automatically accept our terms. By using the online store, you accept and comply with the terms and conditions set out above and below.

 

2. Order process, other information
Creating a user account is not a criterion for purchasing, nor do we keep records of unregistered users. Our webshop will also send you an e-mail notification about the latest status of your purchase, the successful submission of your order, the delivery of your order or possibly the rejection and cancellation of your order! By registering on your profile, you can track your most recent order and review previous ones. We respect all your data, we will not disclose it to any other party, we will handle the data protection provision professionally. If you have a registered user account, you can access your personal data after logging in, which you can also change! If you want to change your shipping address, be sure to do so before placing your order! You can log in in the upper right corner of the web store. You can buy by clicking on the black lines in the upper left corner of the web store, selecting any season. You can select a product and add it to our cart by first selecting the color, size and quantity and then clicking the "ADD TO CART" button. Our web store will then display the products placed in the basket (size, number of pieces) and its value in a small window. You can then click on the "OPEN CART" button to access your shopping cart, which displays all the products you have added so far and their prices. Here you can add a coupon code, your custom request, with the "Write a comment" button. You can set the desired shipping method and see the price and where the product will be shipped. You can change your order in this position. You can delete products, change the quantity, or continue browsing the web store by clicking on the web store logo located in the top center. Choose a payment method to complete your purchase. Click the "Postpay payment" button to make a postpay payment. If you would like to pay with PayPal, please click on the "Pay with PayPal" button. Fill in your details!

3. Display products
It is important for our web store to accurately display the products, so we try our best to make every detail clear. Read the product descriptions carefully, see the photos of the product, the price, the sizing and all the necessary information! Images may show a different color than they actually are when exposed to different lights. Therefore, we do not take any responsibility. We are not responsible for writing the price and product description! We reserve the right to change the above!
 

 

4. Prices shown
The prices indicated on the web store include 0% VAT, as the operator is exempt from tax. The prices of the products are in Hungarian forints. Shipping fee will be added to the price of the product upon completion of payment, except in case of discount. The delivery fee is charged to the user of the online store. Our webshop has the right to change the indicated prices, in case of an order already placed, the prices indicated at the moment of the order are authoritative.

5. Invoicing

The 2007 CXXVII. § 175 of the Act. will issue an electronic invoice to you based on By purchasing, you agree to its use. When ordering your electronic invoice, please enter it in the comments field when ordering. We will send it to you within the next 5 working days from receipt of your order!

6. Product Replacement
Our webshop offers a full guarantee in connection with the replacement of the products, if they are returned to our warehouse in impeccable condition (except for defective products), unpackaged and undamaged in their original packaging! The quality of this will be checked by our staff. You can request a replacement within 5 working days of receipt via our email address, kodeinclothing@gmail.com ! Select "Replacement Request" as the subject so we can process your request faster. The cost of return will be borne by you. We are not able to receive cash on delivery packages, these types of packages will be returned to the sender. We only accept packages that are free of charge. Upon receipt of your package, our staff will check its condition. Depending on the number of additional letters, we will contact you as soon as possible at the email address where you initiated the request, where we will agree with you whether to accept the exchange request or to return the purchase price. We are unable to refund the shipping fee.
 

 

7. Product repurchase
Our webshop guarantees the return of the products if they are returned to our warehouse in impeccable condition (except for defective products), unpackaged and undamaged in their original packaging! The quality of this will be checked by our staff. You can request your redemption request within 5 working days of receipt via our e-mail address, kodeinclothing@gmail.com ! Select "Refund Request" as the subject so we can process your request faster. The cost of return will be borne by you. We are not able to receive cash on delivery packages, these types of packages will be returned to the sender. We only accept packages that are free of charge. Upon receipt of your package, our staff will check to see if there is a real error or if the return is valid. Depending on the number of additional letters, we will contact you as soon as possible at the email address where you initiated the request, where we can arrange a refund of the purchase price. We are unable to refund the shipping fee. In exceptional cases, our webshop does not offer a return guarantee: If the product arrives at your address in perfect condition and the reason for the redemption request is not compatible with the product, or the claim you maintain becomes void after the order, our webshop will not be liable. . He is also unwilling to take responsibility for any real-life and shade changes in the photos, or for any other problems that may arise from the illustration in the photos.

 

8. Shipping

The delivery of our products is provided by Magyar Posta Zrt  We carry it out with the help of GLS Hungary Kft. All products are inspected before delivery, if possible, we will take a picture of them, only after that they will be sent. The price of transporting the products is borne by the buyer, the fee for which is uniform throughout the country. Delivery time is not guaranteed, if for some reason it cannot be delivered immediately, this time may change. You can see and change their fee or type when you finalize your purchase. Shipping charges may be free depending on the value of your purchase. You'll find this limit in the black area at the top of the webpage. We accept no liability for damage to the packaging during transport. We only guarantee the product, which we check before each delivery to ensure your satisfaction. In the event of damage to the packaging, please make a report with the courier who handled the delivery so that you can return the product to us later in case you encounter a problem!

 

9. Withdrawal
If you have any problems with the product that are not caused by your intended use, you may contact our customer service at kodeinclothing@gmail.com and exercise your right of withdrawal. Regarding the right of withdrawal, 17/1999. you can find out more about the provisions detailed in a government decree!

All costs incurred during return will be borne by you! We are only obliged to accept products in their original, undamaged packaging and in perfect condition!

10. Warranty

Our webshop offers a full guarantee in case of any deterioration of the quality of the products. We do not accept any liability for damage to the products if they are not washed as intended or in accordance with the washing instructions. If you encounter a problem, we can provide assistance via email. We can guarantee our products for 30 days from the date of placing your order.

11. Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter on our webshop. To do this, you must accept the terms and conditions read above. Our webshop only uses your e-mail address for your own use, it does not sell them!
